Today’s different. We woke up with absolutely no idea what we’re going to do. Knowing that this is the last day we are going to be in Paris, we’d better make good of the time.
We went to our favourite boulangerie for breakfast and I’d got a quiche Lorraine (who the hell is Lorraine?). Meanwhile, LG got to live his fantasy when a black lady served the hot quiche...

Finally, my first time where I get to truly escape the yearly brainwashing event back at home. Not hearing aunties ‘WOAH!’-ing at fireworks (c’mon, how many times have they seen them already?) is a breath of fresh air. And literally so too. Paris’s tranquil Sunday morning atmosphere was great.

I can’t believe today’s the day. I’m still going to work on the day I’m suppose to catch my flight for a 3 week vacation. Bundled together would be my whole year’s backlog of exercise. It’s going to be walking, seeing and hiking on a shoestring. It so happens that LG is also going to work today as well.
